Despite being an overworked student at a prestigious school, Dai is an impressionable happy-go-lucky guy. He is kind-hearted and energetic, and genuinely wants to make the lives of those around him easier. He is more than willing to go out of his way for anyone who asks for help even at the cost of his own benefit.
 
Known to be an unintentional flirt with no regards for personal space, he can be downright intrusive when it comes to the personal matters of others. Even with the best of intentions, he can sometimes become a nuisance with his knacks for persistance. A good deal of insults tend to go over his head as Dai grew a pretty thick skin over the years. It takes a lot to wear at his patience since many claim he has the temperament of a saint.
