He was walking down the corridor to the feasting chambers when he caught sight of the young Kingsguard's figure. He wore a brown and blue garb which was at the very limit of acceptable fashion for any member of the upper nobility. His brown hair was straight and his chin was clean-shaven. He actually took the time to groom himself in the morning for the day's festivities. There was a tired expression on his face. When the rain departed last night it left him depleted. Rouen took another sip from his flask. The numbing agent and fruit-alcohol worked its way through him. He looked at the young man in front of him. The newest member of the Kingsguard. Someone who was very clearly skilled at what he did. Someone who had not climbed but shot through the social ladder. Someone who in Rouen's opinion needed to have some lessons beat into his skull. "Cleo Vauch, know that being a Kingsguard Knight means that you are expected to behave as your title states. However, if you continue to behave like a street urchin then know that you will continue to be treated like one. Do you understand boy?" he said.
