All halflings have existed in Tessanis, for as far back as history can remember. They, and all their subspecies, are native to these lands. They've always been a fairly self-sufficient race, living in isolated colonies, prior to the disappearance of Magic. The hair-foots were especially isolated, viewing outsiders as curious, but untrusted oddities.

They weren't terribly affected by the loss of Magic in the world, however, many relocated to safer havens and mingled in with other races. Even in Ebonfort, and her villages, they tend to keep to their smaller communities.[/hider]
