Alright, with the characters who have expressed interest in coming back via PM and the few we have gathered, we do have enough to start the RP. I did want to have a few more, but we might be able to get more players with time. 
I'm going to be posting the OOC by these evening, I hope! If I'm lucky I can do it within the next few hours.
