A tall, lean Moon Elf with brunette hair and blue eyes. She wears deep purple robes along with a sliver circlet.

She is often seen hunched over her desk, or somewhere else in the cathedral.

Yuuril is the unofficial mayor of Urenda, and the head of the Relanthon Priests in the area. Scouts report directly to her, both giving reports and receiving assignments. She is a kindly woman, but has become quite austere in the past decades and rarely has time for pleasantries.[hr]

The Travelers' Inn

[b][u]Relevance:[/u][/b]
Bartin is the man who runs The Travelers' Inn. He keeps stock of food, as well as basic and sanitary supplies, to distribute them fairly to visitors depending on their contributions to the settlements. He was chosen specifically for the job by Yuuril to do so out of trust. The inn is where everyone, includes inhabitants, are fed. There is an understanding that one should visit the inn for food only as much as they need and at varying times to help assist those who work in the inn. He knows basically the entire settlement by name and is close to the priests.
