She didn't dwell on his fate for long though, as Kaden began to move towards the two who were just spared. Following along, Kat stopped half a step behind him and sat on a desk. 

[color=9966CC]"A fair assumption given that isolated event, but spend longer than an hour with him and then you'll understand his reputation. I'm sure I threatened to kill him a couple of years ago..."[/color] Pausing, she looked away for a moment as if thinking before looking straight back to them. [color=9966CC]"Yes, I told him I'd stab him in the chest. I used to be a lot more tempestuous."[/color] She said, flashing a self-assured though maybe not wholly comforting smile. 

Kat also looked over to the other newcomer, also late. [color=9966CC]"You were lucky, he doesn't have anything to hold against you. For now at least anyways."[/color] It would mostly depend on how his [i]meeting[/i] with Bruce went, she presumed. He would either be too concerned to mention the event again, or so frustrated a grudge will be forming as they spoke.
