Appearance: Rafaelo looks like a standard Cheetahman. That is, Rafaelo looks like a normal, physically-fit human with their head inexplicably replaced with a cheetah's. Unusually enough, Rafaelo's body hair is black, while his head is the standard cheetah's orange with black spots.

Personality blurb: "Capricious" defines all that is Rafaelo. Exhibiting signs of a severe superiority complex, mild kleptomania, and a colorful past, Rafaelo sees no bad in getting his jollies off the backs of others. With his powers, Rafaelo greatly enjoys messing with anyone and everyone.

Biography blurb:  Rafaelo's sordid past-- or, rather, what little of his past Rafaelo has described to others-- is fraught with unpleasantries. All that is known of Rafaelo's history is that he was born in Germany to an ethnic minority group of Cheetahmen, his family was exterminated by skinheads, and Rafaelo found a foster family in an unnamed Russian scientific institution based in the ruins of Chernobyl. Somehow, Rafaelo found his way to America, and was successfully registered to the Sun Ridge Boarding Institution. It is possible that all of the story he's given is a bald-faced lie, and attempting to call him on this will result in a swift rebuking.

Powers: Rafaelo is supernaturally quick. With but a small amount of effort, Rafaelo can cross large distances in a fraction of a second, and redirect himself with even less effort. Notably, using this power increases Rafaelo's metabolism to almost catastrophic levels, draining him with prolonged use but also allowing him to digest food in an instant.

Rafaelo is also capable of astonishing feats, defying all known laws of physics and energy in the process. From what Rafaelo says of his past, it seems a wide range of experimentation has granted him the ability to directly control the noosphere-- the collective consciousness of humanity and the world around humanity. Due to the irreparable effect reality television has had on human culture, manipulation of the noosphere takes the form of cheesy gameshows and humiliating competitions. With a wave of his hand, Rafaelo can conjure up a mock gameshow stage, and offer a challenge to anyone of his choosing. Should the contestant succeed at the challenge, their immediate needs and wishes are instantly granted. Should the contestant fail, Rafaelo will be granted the power to inflict any punishment of his choosing to them. Contestants who refuse a challenge are automatically treated as if they had failed the challenge, but Rafaelo is pressured by arcane forces far beyond his control to ensure that challenges are both fair and thematically appropriate for the contestants involved. The extent to which reality is altered during and after a challenge is almost infinite in magnitude, but limited to five yards in scope.

Abilities: Rafaelo is astonishingly dimwitted and foul-tempered, though he has a fantastic memory for trivia and pop culture. 

Rafaelo is a consummate liar, and has had quite a bit of practice at it. Unfortunately, all this practice has done nothing to improve his lying skills, and trapping him in a lie is trivially easy.
