Sunlight. Nathan blinked, there was sunlight in his eyes. For a moment he was confused, he hadn't had to deal with sunlight on the station before. Then memory returned to him and he sat up, still on this questionably serene jungle planet. Not bothering with his morning ritual Nathan dove straight into work, examining the creature they had killed last night. David had already preformed the autopsy and dissection, all that was left for Nathan was the taking of tissue samples. Taking a sample of the things blood, bone marrow and brain tissue was simple enough, however once he had begun the analysis of the tissues a rather odd incompatibility issue crop up. A second sample yielded the same result, the equipment couldn't get a proper analysis. Finally yielding to this Nathan returned to the others, "We have something of a problem. The creature either decomposes really quickly, or was infected by some bacteria, or some other thing is preventing an in depth tissue analysis. In order to get a proper analysis we need to kill another creature."
