James rolls onto his back and spreads his arms out to his sides.  As he lays there he heals at an accelerated rate but his body shows no external signs of healing.  He rolls back over on his side and as he does his arm brushes against Kyra, he slowly reaches out with his other arm and grabs her pulling her towards him.  He holds onto her continuing to sleep cuddling up with her.  He sleeps soundly through the night waking up around noon alone and still on the table.  He sits up after tossing off his blanket, he looks at his gash and notices it is mostly healed.  He goes and grabs some scissors snipping the stitches then pulls them out.  Still some blood shows within the wounds but most of it was scabbed over.  He puts some triple antibiotic ointment on it and wraps his side with some gauze and tapes it down with sports tape.  Going to his bedroom he grabs a muscle shirt that fits loose, hiding his wrap from plain view.

James heads into the living room, sitting down to watch the news.  As he turns it on he is greeted by a breaking news story.  He sits up and watches closely. "Good morning everybody, we have a story that will be hard to believe for you.  We have on video for you a battle of what appears to be 2 giant monsters doing battle outside of the city.  It was captured by an amateur videographer sometime yesterday afternoon to evening.  Keep in mind some of these images may be disturbing to some viewers." The video shows Kyron and Gigan battling it out within the mountains just outside Emanon, the video is condensed to show the outcome of the battle, Gigan can be seen slashing at Kyron and laying him open but in the end Kyron comes out the victor, using his water pulse to fill up the body of Gigan with water and short circuiting it.  Kyron grabs gigan and tosses him into the lake beside the mountains watching it sink to the bottom and that is where the video ends.  James turns off the TV and sighs. "At least they didn't catch me changing back."

He sits there just thinking about being caught on video as Kyron.  Suddenly his phone rings, he picks it up. "James Parker!  You were recorded?!" His mother says to him. "Well it was bound to happen, when you are 225 feet tall and fighting a 180 foot tall monster chances are pretty likely that somebody is gonna see you.  But why are you so upset by the fact I was recorded and not the fact that gigan slashed me and cut me down?  I had about 80 stitches I had to pull out today." His mom goes silent for a moment. "Wait a minute.  Cut you down?!" She goes silent again. "...James!  You went to the hospital?" James goes silent. "No, I have a kit at home for it and I had Kyra do it for me." His mom immediately starts talking again. "You should have gone to the hospital, not done it yourself." James jumps back in. "Oh yeah, totally should have gone to the hospital, get stitches done the same night 2 giant monsters did battle and have the same injury as one of the monsters.  If it is an injury as a human I will go no problem but I cannot do it when it happens as Kyron." a rhythmic knock is heard at the door. "Hey mom, Adam is here, I am gonna let you go." James says to his mom as he stands up. "Ok, be careful James." 

James walks to the door and opens it up, standing there is his friend Adam with a nervous look on his face. "I am sorry James." James looks at Adam then the other guy. "He told me why he wanted to find you..." Adam says with a frown on his face. "Is it true?  You are Kyron?" James brings the 2 in and closes the door.  He removes his shirt and shows the wrap. The guy finally breaks his silence. "We need to talk and need to involve Adam." James brings them both to his den and they start talking.
