[center][i]Ross radiates with a dynamic and efficient energy. He appears controlled and capable. He values courage and effort in the face of difficulties and these qualities show. Others can sense that he will not be pushed around. Straight lines and square corners accent his good physique and enhance his appearance as a leader. Ross is recognized as a pioneer; he has his own ideas of how to do things. He is a risk-taker, original and highly creative. Ross should be wary of appearing too aggressive or unperceptive. He can intimidate people if he does not soften his exterior somewhat. By doing this, Ross will attract less confident people who will be more willing to approach him with their thoughts and suggestions.[/i][/center]

[center][i]Currently working as a security guard for an underground subway station, Ross has to preserve order and protect property. He's learned to operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. He can adjust security systems, equipment and machinery to ensure operational use. Ross has also taken hand to hand combat classes prior to becoming a security guard. Before being a security guard, he was an air conditioning contractor for a small local company near his home. There, he worked in both personal homes and bigger facilities like schools and buildings - fixing, installing, and adjusting air conditioning systems and its electrical components.[/i][/center]

[center][b]Health[/b][/center] 
[center][i]Ross has no current signs of infection. He has no signs of cardiovascular disease due to his attempt to workout on a daily basis. He prevents from remaining static and suffering from a sedentary lifestyle. Because of his work schedule - long hours - he sometimes misses meals and snacks on whatever he can get his hands on. Despite the tummy-satisfying guilty pleasure, he maintains a good diet that improves his overall health.[/i][/center]  

[center][b]History[/b][/center]
[center][i]Recently divorced - three months prior to this day - Shepard Ross decided go a completely different way in life. He quit his job at GK as an air conditioning mechanic and started as a security guard for the city's transit system. He let his ex-wife and three little girls keep the house and moved into a small apartment of his own. The transition was tough at first but a month after it had been completed, it became the new constant. He'd wake up, have his cereal or whatever was laying around, then worked out for about an hour, worked from two pm to ten - if he was not cursed with the night shift - then came home to watch a little tv before falling asleep. It was a boring routine, but it was the necessary routine to keep him on his feet. 

Ross was given privilege to see his daughters as long as he had Nancy's permission (Crazy ass Ex-Wife). Life wasn't bad though for Ross. He enjoyed the new job and some of his co-workers. He was able to talk to a lot of new people on a daily basis - though not everyone was a joy to speak to, nor did some even want to speak. He also enjoyed the respect that seemed to come with the uniform since it showed to give him a sense of 'higher rank' than did his uniform at GK. 

Aside from his daily routine and his job, there wasn't much else to Ross. He enjoyed listening to music while at work, jamming to his rock as he strolled the underground halls. If he found more leisure time during the week or if he were off duty that day, he would usually enjoy the day on his couch watching sports or would even go out to the pub and chill there for a while. Already in his forties, the dating game wasn't all that important, though he would manage to catch women's eyes from time to time. Anyway, without further ado - and without going into his childhood background - Ross is a small guy in a world of larger men. He isn't of vital importance, but he doesn't care what other people think.[/i][/center]
