Project X. An Orginization dedicated towards unlocking both vampire, werewolf, and human potential, they believe neither could exsist with-out the other, and if both powers are harnessed as one and re-built from the ground up the ultimate flawless race can be made. The members of Project X were found being hunted by the Purge and HIVE for what they were, an abomination, a hybrid of a werewolf and vampire. They decided to take them in and further their potential, subjecting them to a painful and lengthy process known as "Gene-Construction", heavily modifying their genetic make-up and bodies, to become the most powerful creature to walk the Earth known to them as 'Evangelions'. To anyone else, they aren't quite sure. Each member is fitted with a skin-tight full body exo-skeleton designed to limit their latent abilities, keeping them from transforming and keeping their powers to a minimum. 

Each member holds enough power to slay an entire army if their limiter is broken, thus they have all sworn to never use it, for if they did they wouldn't be able to control themselves.

They are completely de-void of normal human function, breathing is the only needed function they must do, blood is required periodically or to raise their powers.

With this knowledge, they have set forth to crush any orginization set on destroying either side, humans or vampires. They shall let no side die out, for if they did true potential at ultimate power would be lost.

As of current, there are only 7 members of the group that have lived through the highly experimental process, though they are still with their flaws.

This does not include the scientist behind it all, whom only a few have seen. It is unknown if he is human or a vampire, it is known however he hasn't undergone the Gene-Construction process and will not untill it is perfected.

[Center][H2] The Equipment.[/H2][/center]

Each member is out-fitted with a skin tight eko-skeleton known as a 'Limiter'. These high powered and versatile exo-skeletons limit each members power drastically, barring them from taking on their true form, they also lower any psychic ability they have dramatically by means of being composed of holy silver and iron.

They do however, have their good side as well. Each suit is custom tailored to each members combat skill and weapon load-out, offering many functions including but not limited to ammo storage, in-built HUD's, and thermal imaging. 

Many unique and top secret weapons have been developed by Project X alongside the Evangelion program. Target seeking bullets, high powered rail rifles, and machineguns designed to never hit a friendly target.

There are some energy weapons in the works as well, though they are still in the testing phase and not fully combat ready.

[Center][h3]The Evangelion's[/h3][/center]
The Evangelion's are the nearly perfected combination of some of the worlds most powerful vampires, werewolves, and humans. Their genes and DNA harvested, re-worked, and placed into a 'Gene Capsule' for later use.

The process known as "Gene-Construction" involves both a capsule and long lengthy surgery, completely re-working the subjects body both inside and out, each exo-skeleton is also attached at this point. The removal of the Limiter is painful, and once it is removed it is destroyed completely, the person who chooses to remove it will most likely never re-gain enough sanity or live long enough to have a Limiter placed on them again.

Their true form is unknown to all, including themselves. It is rumored to be a thing of legend, however, an un-stoppable killing force.

Each member is screened highly and extensive background checks ran before being accepted, both true vampires and humans are accepted so long as they agree to fight for the survival of all and not extinction of either side.

Should one decide to go against this without very good reason, inside each Limiter exsists a kill-switch, a mini-bomb with enough explosive power to level a building and ultimately destroy the Evangelion completely and utterly.
