Ok.  Everyone.  The OOC is up.  Kind of.  Not really, but it's created.  

So, feel free to talk in the OOC.  

A few things: 
1.  Do not post IC.
2.  Do not post characters in the CHARACTER tab.
3.  Feel free to talk about characters, ideas, group together, or ask questions in the OOC.  If you have a character you wanna submit, PM it or post it in the OOC and flag me that it's for that purpose.  
4.  I recommend taking time to group with another person, or people if you're a "Walker" (which is the term for any person NOT from the original CDC Group).
5.  This RP doesn't have a definite starting time. Be patient.  I cannot stress that enough.  Be patient.  Now, and for the rest of your time RPing here with us.
