[@tsukune] Waiting around for a bit, checking if the coast was clear, Troy was still in his hiding place thinking about his next turn of action. Maybe if he was to get a hold of an official, threaten him to give him abilities. He could just join the others and pretend to be one of the registered volunteers and hopefully be added into the system without any problems or-. Through the series of outcomes he was going about in his head, Troy felt someone tap his shoulder. Thinking he was in trouble, he quickly turned, ready for a fight only to notice some young boy standing there. no...not just some young boy, it was the same one he saw with his father and should've thanked for giving him the opportunity to sneak into the place. The boy gestured to stay quiet and pointed to the papers he had rolled up in his hand. Raising an eyebrow, Troy noticed this young man didn't attempt to alert anyone of his presents and just from that, Troy was obligated to show him if this was a way to prove he wanted to be here. Troy unrolled the printed application to show that he intended to volunteer for the program, all the while keeping his eye on the boy to make sure he didn't do anything to give away his presence. What intrigued Troy though, was that this boy actually managed to sneak up on him undetected which was something he was surprised about since he's been able to outrun and con his enemies to where they never found him.
