Troy looked on at the boy as he checked out his application. With a nod from Rei, Troy gave a nod as well. Watching Rei pull out and flashed his documents, Troy stared at it for a moment realizing it was Japanese writing. Shaking his head, he obviously showed he could not read it but it seemed the boy realizes that he did not register. 

Hearing footsteps coming his way, Troy balled his fist, ready for whoever was coming towards where he and Rei were hiding. Troy initially was in front of Rei to protect him but with a surprise, Rei got around his larger body and gave a signal to stay behind him instead. With a smirk, he awaited whoever was coming their way as this teenage boy showed up. Troy did nothing at the moment, waiting and reading the situation before reacting. He was going to let Rei do the talking unless Troy himself was to step in if necessary.
