The reason is because this is the level where you are deemed worthy of climbing this tower!"

"Lets begin with a simple test, and listen carefully to the rules." The lighthouse broadcasted, "Its simple actually, there are 400 regulars in the area, all you have to do is to make the '400' down to '200'. Methods? By any means necessary!"

As the announcement ends, stenches of blood and screams of the fallen emitted along the Evankhell's Floor.
