The soft spoken, careful and shy version when he pretends to be human and his absolutely crazy, bloodthirsty and down right creepy when he doesn't have to pretend anymore. It's with glee he sinks his teeth into new victims as the sweet sounds of their screaming fills his ears, he is also a slow eater just so his food suffers for as long as possible. The reason for his nickname comes from his laughter, because if your so lucky to get away from this kid his laughter will keep echoing in your head and drive you insane.
