@everyone, when level of tech should the humans be at?  I'm thinking a mixed medieval/Renascence level depending on the location.  Air/lightning would obviously have an advantage if the people near him temple could use wind power or build lightning rods, but not so much for some of them.  Darkness doesn't really require tech.
I'll add it to the Character sheet for now.
