If you're concerned about somehing you can always have a quick search and locate the messages, then forward it on to a mod. Eventually as what [@Ellri] and [@Hank] mentioned there may be some moderators solely for the Chat, but the above would be the best option in the meantime.

Full action may not require but if some people are nipped in the butt and told to maybe be cautious of their words while other members around, it might help prevent it from going any further.
