Name: duh
Limiter: What power levels are allowed, what is prohibited? For example, one might prevent anyone with insterstellar powers entering.
Tech Level: how technologically advanced are the locals. Answers like 'steampunk' 'magicpunk' or 'low with high-tech relics' are acceptable
Cosmology: Does it contain galaxies and shit? Is it one giant planet? Is it a discworld? Is it a hollow space in infinite matter?
Special Rules: Any new laws of physics that might apply in this dimension.
Factions: The large important groups in this dimension. Don't get too detailed, just the groups we care about.

Anyone is allowed to propose dimensions, only Tiny, me and Tyki are allowed to approve dimensions. If you want to make a CS for something like a species or an empire, feel free to propose a skeleton, or to just make a CS using your own skeleton straight-away.
