Bio: Shawn and his fiancé Laura were pretty happy together in their younger life. Two weeks before he was due to turn 23, Laura was rushed to hospital in order for their first child's birth. What should have been the best day of his life, turned in to a dark time for Shawn. His child was a stillborn, and his wife died during child birth. He lost everything within a 6 hour time period, between Laura and Shawn getting to hospital, and the two death announcements. Within a few months, Shawn - who was then 23 - had became an alcoholic, who suffered from depression due to the loss of his fiancé and child. He never went to the offered counselling, he just stayed in his flat and drowned in his sorrows. Four years had passed, and Shawn - now 27 - thanks to the help of his friend from before his wife died, he began to get his life back on track. She helped pick him up out the dumps, and helped him sort his life out. Thanks to her, he began attending regular counselling, and she also helped to get him a job as a cleaner in a local hospital. A year later, at the age of 28, Shawn still attends his counselling and still has his job, which just pays the rent for his apartment. Little did he know what was about to unfold in the coming weeks.
