[@Zmerr] I like the base, but I'd like a little bit more fleshing out on her personality. As it is, it feels more like a list of traits than a person's holistic nature. Try to go more in-depth on how she thinks and feels, and how that interacts with the way she acts.
On the matter of her history, was she raised in Haven? If so, the matter of her household being particularly poor feels a bit off, given that there won't be a large amount of income disparity except for characters from the outside like Sylverblu's. Also, a family of that size would be rather out of place, considering the town's size.
