Adam, had to hide is joy from this so called 'doctor's' conclusion at the matter. If he could fool his own kind then his victory was assured. While there may have been a few in this room know the truth to the source and cause of the outbreak, he was pretty certain that at least the Old Blood would not outcast one of their true kind to this... stranger.

Adam also showed a bit of confusion. One was the fact that all these people were in HIS hotel and has done so for the last seventy-two years and second that this stranger would suddenly burst in knowing that they were all here. It was time for answers.

Adam stepped forward, keeping one lustful eye on the shadows and with his hands behind his back. 
"Doctor is it? Well if it's an infection that is most likely passed from the first attack it is more than likely that the infection has a few days incubating process before finally taking hold of these... poor victims. So your conclusion of these victims coming from hospitalised zones is really irrelevant seeing as all those these beasts attacked were now doubt hospitalised anyway. You should focus more on the original source rather than some phantom theory." Adam paused for a moment. "But I do hope you enjoy your stay at the Crimson Drop Hotel. If there is anything that could make you more at home, please don't hesitate to ask a member of staff." Adam announced behind a fake smile as he slowly began to cut his palm with his thumb, keeping it hidden from this so called doctor. If he were a vampire then he would show the obvious signs, if not, then maybe he could at least tempt out his stalker so he could get a good look of him.
