Bio: 
Nebraska is one of those, hit first, ask questions later kind of person. Nebraska after serving in the UNSC was later transferred to project Freelancer so his collection of skills were available to the program. These skills range from heavy weapons combat, to hand to hand combat, to mechanical works. Beyond this though, what is known on his is minimal.

notes: 
-With out his armor Nebraska stands about 6'7".
-Despite his primary weapon of choice he is able to keep a decent pace well holding it.
-Hobbies include Gym work, reading, and destroying targets.
