So if, for example, I wanted to play a renegade Arcosian of the group's General power, after he has spent time in a holding facility and such, that would be fine. Odds are good we will have at least one saiyan.

So the Dragon Balls would have returned to myth and legend, with only Pilaf knowing about them all in all. Interesting, I like that twist on things. Prevents abuse.

Plus with a few masters being around, it gives a chance to learn iconic moves and such. Awesome.
