Walking the line also applies to people who kill people to do good things, like Frank Castle (The Punisher) Identity applies to the secret identity. However, this only applies if they are aware of your existence, which they aren't, really, until you do something (like crash a news copter) or (fight the avatar of a Greek God in the most frequented location in Lost Haven).
