I couldn't find any yaoi rp on this site, so I'm creating my own. :3 For those who don't know, yaoi means [u]boy x boy[/u].

The setting is a fictional society based on the ancient civilizations. The story takes place on a huge empire once prosperous, but now in decay after years of corruption and depravity. Your goal depends on your position, and it's either to save the Empire or to raise your status, but will you fight for your freedom? Or will you fight... For love?

There are three main social classes that would determine your character's role in the plot: 

 • [u]The Nobilitas[/u]: rich and powerful people who rule the city. They often have several slaves, or lovers, or a harem. Their own rules don't affect them and can pretty much do whatever they want. 
This position is limited to only 5 characters.

• [u]The slaves[/u]: beautiful boys or men to be sold to the rich. Many want to earn their freedom while others take pride in serving their Masters. 
This position is unlimited.

• [u]The citizens[/u]: Common inhabitants of the Empire. Some are powerful and have influence in the city (military officers, lawyers, advisors...). 
This position is unlimited.

A few rules: 

• Interaction is needed. Even if it's a romance rp, it is still group-based, so please refrain from interacting only with the guy you like. Also, love triangles, threesomes and forbidden affairs are encouraged. 

• Pairings won't be made in advance and there won't be necessarily an even number of characters so, if there's someone you like you better seduce him, because otherwise you might end up alone. 

• Even though this is yaoi, I might allow female characters too if they're necessary for the plot or if the players want them at some point, but the main focus are still the boys, so you need to create a male character first and keep him active before you can create a lady.

This rp is only an idea, and also an attempt to measure how big the yaoi fanbase is on this site, so even if you don't like the historical setting or the plot, feel free to post here anyway. I'm open for other ideas, as long as they're yaoi and group based. ^^
