To Vata's surprise, Twain turned from his investigation of the room and told the people there about something called "tiger." He had no idea what that was, but he guessed it had nothing to do with the animal. What Zesiro said after that was something that he could only have dreamed of earlier, when he woke up in the snow. A bit of the uneasiness he was feeling disappeared, and a small sliver of hope started to form. The gristly scene that he was trying not to think about no longer seemed as imposing, and the cold, barren wilderness that lay beyond the walls of the castle didn't seem like it was as much of a threat anymore. For the first time today, things were looking up. All he had to do was agree to help Twain with figuring out whatever it was that happened here. "I gladly accept your offer, as I would like nothing more than to just get away from this place. I'm not sure what help I could be to your cause, but if it means finding out what happened to some of us here, I will do what I can."
