[@Capra] So epic! Totally approved. :)  Just an FYI we're not dimension-hopping here, so Rurik is only being transported elsewhere in the same world he lives in. Just making sure everyone's aware that if he starts traveling he can eventually get home. :)

Now to come up with the mechanic IC that'll get him into the scene. Maybe when Nel pushed the button, Rurik appeared in the underground directly below the pillar? In which case he would wake up in a dark cave with a bright hole in the ceiling, above which everyone is scrambling and running.
