Brynhild stared at the two bantering men, wincing and shaking her hands as the shield that she had set up slowly fizzled out of existence. She decided silently that talking would ruin the conversation that the two were having, so she went back to projecting a shield, this time to protect herself as she was no longer sure if the man challenging the soldiers would need it.
