Loire was stunned, a haul this huge ... he'd heard of the Alliance seizing large hauls of Nth, but this had to be the biggest batch to move in one haul. No wonder Noah had been so jumpy about getting off Noveria as quick as possible. They couldn't leave this cargo sitting on their ship for long, they needed to get it to a dealer and fast. Viva ran off before Loire could stop her and tell her to calm down ... he wasn't sure why he was motivated to do that, and he was certain it wouldn't have made a bit of difference. If this was only half the haul, Loire couldn't even begin to manage just how much trouble they were in, but he could see why someone was willing to kill over it. This amount of Nth wasn't something to be laughed at. By the size of the ship, and its crew, Loire would never have guessed they'd pull of a heist this large. They had the perfect cover, why would such a tiny ship haul such an expensive cargo, the Lucidae was light-weight and manoeuvrable, but she wasn't a heavy ship built to carry cargo which could buy and sell a planet. Something this valuable should have been in a heavily armoured ship, not something like the Lucidae, they had perfect cover, but it was still a massive risk, especially since someone was already after them Loire assumed. Back in the cockpit, Noah didn't even bother turn to face Viva when he heard her come in, he was monitoring every control panel on the dash. Viva was likely suspicious why he was so cautious about double and triple checking to make sure they weren't followed ... now she knew why. "Here to chastise me?" he replied flippantly, not that anything she'd say would make a difference. She wasn't meant to know what the cargo was, he'd told her not to ask questions and that he'd handle it, the less he knew the better, if she'd gone digging around the cargo hold it was her own fault if she uncovered soemthing she didn't like. She knew they weren't carrying anything legal, so to Noah, it didn't matter what the cargo was, they'd get in trouble if they got caught, Nth, firearms, they were all the same, this one was just a lot more valuable than usual. Once he figured out Loire knew about their cargo, he'd have to chastise Viva himself, he was a hostage and now the doctor had dangerous information on them and it was Viva's fault for giving him an unrestricted tour of the ship. If he'd known, he'd have told Viva to show the doc his room, and allow him to only go to the deck when someone was at the helm, and the med bay, all other areas, ESPECIALLY THE CARGO HOLD, would have been off limits. ((sorry this is a bit incoherent in bits Im like ... multi-tasking but its like triple-tasking x'D))
