HEYYYYYYYY GUYYYYYYYYYYYS! It's been a while, hasn't it? I'm just dropping by to let you know that I got around to uploading some old PoW mods I made for Civ 5. They only update leader names, civ names, and the civ traits, however, and ATM there are only 5 of them. Still, I'd just like to share them with you, and let you know that I plan on creating more of them in the future. The current ones are as follows:
1. New People's China under Hou Sai Tang (replaces China) "Asian Socialist Bloc" - City-State influence decreases at half the normal rate and recovers at double the normal rate. 10% Combat bonus against City-States and City-State units. 2. Second Spanish Republic under Alfonso Sotelo (replaces Spain) "Anticomunista" - Receive 3 extra Spies. Great Generals spawn 25% faster and provide a 40% Combat bonus. 3. Pan-African Empire under Yaqob Yohannes I (replaces Ethiopia) "Pan-African Union" - Units receive a 35% bonus against civs with higher tech. Founded cities start with extra tiles. 4. South American Confederacy under Adriano Claro (replaces Brazil) "Allies by Trade" - Can annex or puppet City-States after being allied for 5 turns. Caravans have a 50% increase in range. 5. Canadian Empire under Janet Arnold (replaces the Iroquois) "Blame Canada" - Bomber maintenance reduced by 50%. Units require 50% less EXP to level up. Great Generals provide a 30% Combat bonus.
There's also an additional mod in the collection that changes nukes to VX gas. They don't do anything differently, it's just a name change. I only made it to sort of keep with the feeling of "no nukes" in the RP. Here's a link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=514887782 Expect them to be buggy. I know for a fact that Ethiopia's bonus against civs with "higher tech" doesn't work right ATM, and am working on a different bonus. And like I said, I'm working on creating more; expect to see Armenia, Japan, Siberia, and the Russian Republic soon! But yeah, there they are! If any of you play Civ 5, I hope you enjoy them!
