He's intentionally calling her- I'm already thinking of the AI as a her- "Intend" rather than "Sigil," because calling the AI by an actual given name would be, for him, acknowledging that it is an equal, or intelligent enough to be thought so. Because Sigil is an AI, the nord doesn't think it worthy of a name, and calls it her whatever "Intend," based on the AI's purpose- a Super[b]intend[/b]ent AI.
