'Weapons' sub-section added to the 'Technology' Codex entry

Need to get to work now so I will have the 'Armors' sub-section made afterward. Once 'Armors' and 'Social Technology' is finished, I will then move onto 'Magic'. From there, I will begin reviewing character sheets and making the selections. After selections, it's RP time. ;)
