Bio: Louisiana is a somewhat disconcertingly lax fellow when you stop to consider what exactly he's been doing for the entirety of his life. You see, as far back as he can remember Louisiana has always had a fondness for things that go "boom", no one knows why exactly, maybe it was the rush of adrenaline one gets from seeing and hearing an explosion, or maybe Louisiana just watched far to many action movies, but from the very first time he laid eyes on fire works as a kid all the way up to his receiving a master's degree in both engineering and chemistry in college, Louisiana knew he'd stumbled onto his calling card in life. 
	His passion for explosions could only be surpassed by his desire to know how explosives worked in the first place, which is exactly why the moment he was of age Louisiana marched right into the nearest recruitment office to sign up for the military, all in an effort to work his way into an EOD squad. He of course had to jump through quite a few hurtles, but after achieving his goal Louisiana practically thrived in his environment, boasting one of the highest success ratings for bomb defuses within the last decade. His superiors were impressed with his work. They were considerately less impressed when they found out he was secretly scavenging parts from defused bombs before they were disposed of for the sake of quenching his curiosity about how they worked or could be improved upon.
Despite his insistence that his intentions were to turn over his discoveries to his higher ups, Louisiana was discharged under the belief that he was to be considered mentally incompetent. He narrowly avoided being arrested or placed in a psychiatric ward, however in the process of doing so he lost just about every penny he had. This did not remain a massive issue for very long however, as his track record allowed him to be spotted and later on picked up by the Director and other members of project Freelancer, who believed that his skills could be of use. Worrisome hobbies aside, that is.

notes: All evidence to the contrary Louisiana isn't actually as crazy as his hobby may lead you to believe. He's a pretty decent guy, a bit of a frat boy jokester at times, but all in all he's just a normal guy with a really weird hobby
