Hayle calmly brought his shield up when the criminal open fire from the window, the shells collided harmlessly with the shield until the nearby cops managed to supress the gunman. when he turned around and learned that Mason had been hit and he was now in charge he looked back at the bank, having seen that the medic was already seeing to Mason, and analyzed the situation. seeing as how the group of robbers had the front watched pretty heavily he looked to the sides of the bank. He pointed around the side of the building "Charles, Davidson, get around to the back entrance and stack up!" he stepped up just beside one of the squad cars and brought up his shield "Forrester, on me!"

at the same time Spc. Marco had gotten out of the van and stopped briefly to take cover from the gunman's fire. He found a ladder up to a rooftop overlooking the front of the bank and set up, crouching down and setting his rifle's bipod on the edge. he pressed the button on his radio "This is Maritime, I'm in position"
