[@kanoro]Initially SWAT officers were sent in the occassion where everything has gone lethal, so you are here to calmly and tactically end every criminal inside the bank who is armed and arrest any that are unarmed. It doesn't matter if they have the gun and aren't using it, if they are holding a gun, they are legal to kill in this situation as of the 11-99 protocol of officers being able to kill suspects who assault said officers with deadly force.

Though like a said, if they are unarmed visibly, who should move in to cuff them, and don't forget to be very careful around hostages, once you guys breach, I'll depict every room you walk into from your perspective(s), you chose how to handle it from there.
