[@Dirty Dan] Ah yeah, I mixed it up with the nano paste. Sorry for that. And yeah, he can stock it up outside of battle. Also he doesn't actually manipulate lightning, he just uses electricity to make his sword insanely sharp. And magnetize himself on metallic surfaces. Still accepted though.

[@Lugubrious] Just make sure the teleportation isn't used too often and that it doesn't really freeze time and you're good. I can allow him to slow down the perception of time so he reacts incredibly quickly, but outright spamming time freeze is a no go, alright?
