Point taken. Still too old, I think. Being old and frail means you're slower and more likely to die, even as a powerful Magi. Where others can run, sprint, etc, with the springy energy of a man or woman in their prime, while wielding magic, technology, or both, they could still equal you in power, but be able to move faster, and use more technology. In comparison to other immortals, you are experienced, yes, you are a powerful Magi, yes, but another Immortal would be able to beat you, if they focused all their magics on countering your attacks, and then using technology to drill through your shields and get a hit. Being old also means that you wouldn't be able to take as many hits- one hit could break bones that would not break on a younger person. Sempra-Tor picked Immortals for ability and potential, and gave them a mission. He wouldn't pick someone that, in comparison to others, wouldn't be able to be as effective. Wisdom and knowledge would be useful, but when one is older, one starts slowing down. They're less likely to be as driven as younger people, so I would think that Sempra would pick him when he was younger, and still very much active. But I may be wrong. Up to Whoami, really.
