Yes, you are approved. On the note of do they recognize one another that would be a yes. It's a scent thing more or less. Canines in general are territorial creatures, Lycans especially. They have scent glands in the pads of their paws and scent mark about everything be it intentionally or not. In there upright or human form Lycans senses are still quite superior to a humans and would scent another wolf even in a crowded city area. As long as they don't act aggressively towards each other or pack members usually they just ignore other wolves passing through, especially lone wolves though. Mostly just give them a nod and keep going about their own business.
