As he flies through the air, yet still low to the ground, he allows the spring on his other foot to catch the giant's leg. Combined with the platform tilting down in front of him... He should fall face first into the corner of the arena. But the knowing how tough his skin was to crack it would probably hurt the ground more than it hurt him.
