Julius was both glad and nervous about the fact that four - almost half - of the goblins had left to pursue his comrades. At first he was glad to see them go, but then got worried that the others wouldn't be able to handle themselves, before realizing what James had said when asked if he has a weapon. He wouldn't need one. This heartened Julius, but only for a short moment as he realized he was dealing with four goblins and their leader, while his comrades were dealing with two each. The goblins were clumsy and their moves reckless. Julius wasn't an expert in fighting, but seeing as the goblins came one at a time this might not be so hard after all, he thought to himself matter-of-factly, with not a shred of arrogance or vanity behind their meaning. The first goblin he attempted to block. Should be easy enough since he just came bumrushing. Shoving him out of the way, Julius could adress the next attacker, which he would evade by spinning out of the goblin's reach. Both of these actions are taken while Julius slowly advance towards the attackers. The third attacker came running with his sharp stick in front, which Julius decided to attempt to parry. The fourth and final attacker was going for the same bum-rush kind of tactic, so Julius decided he would not only parry this attack as well - but attempt to counter it. All the while hopping, stepping, twirling and swinging his sword, Julius kept a steady grip on his stardust. He was saving it for when the situation turned dire, if it would.
