Someone from otherworld will have to set up why their character is witnessing it. I think it should be in the middle of nowhere so they are the first to come across it. Just have your character be traveling or going for a walk, whatever suits them best.

You guys a free to post whenever you want. Try to post at least once in several days. Feel free to push the story onward if it is becoming stagnant.
