Keep the ooc in line, try and push for constructive conversation and present solid ideas. (yeah, my co gm is almost a business application) but these things really help. Gm can only do so much and if they aren't around, Conversations die, discussions and new ideas die.

People just leave. Gotta keep them motivated! Keep the ooc alive and strong. Strong ooc's attract attention, an RP with attention is a successful one.
