I was thinking that maybe we should each claim one thing we are the best at now. 
Ie; you had the biggest wolf, 
Someone will be the fastest straight runner
Or have the keenest sense of smell
Be the best hunter
Most skilled at transforming

As a pack you would probably know who is good at what and it prevents any squabbles later? 
Doesn't mean you will always win in your field just that you are more likely.
