Jay is what people would call eccentric. Either that, or batshit crazy. He wears steampunk-like clothing, such as formal outfitwear in many shades of brown, adorned with golden cogs and buckles. He is rarely ever seen without some kind of top hat on his head, and occasionally he has an optical lens over his right eye to help with zooming in on the scopes of guns, also adorned in all types of gold. His golden eyes are full of energy and enthusiasm, and he's constantly moving at least one part of his body.

Surprisingly, barely any scars are visible on Jay's body, mainly because he barely has any. The scars he does have are the following:[list]
