These are all words that can be used to describe the Plague Doctor. He enjoys reveling in the pain of his victims. He is a power hungry individual. Despite being only a proxy, he aspires to grow in power enough to rival that of Slender himself. 
Other: Despite appearing to be only cloth, the clothing he is wearing is actually his skin, his mask being literally bound to his face.
Story: Once a simple plague doctor, The Doctor was chosen to be a proxy. He grew to accept his alterations, the rose petals he once stuffed in the "beak" of his mask becoming part of his face, forcing him to leave a pleasant smell of roses wherever he goes. He is certainly an imposing and evil figure, aspiring for nothing more than to become powerful, and is willing to sacrifice anybody and everybody to do so.
