- To clarify. She can only ever use her own blood for Chiton. She cannot simply "summon" blood as she could water for water jutsu. If she needs more blood she has to spend the chakra to create enhanced replication of blood cells. 

- To clarify her blood drinking. She has to drink directly from the body vampire style. She cannot control blood that is not hers. If someone was bleeding all over the floor she couldn't do anything with it. She cannot command the blood of others to "come to her" or obsorb blood back into her body in any way other than drinking it. 

- Laten charka regained has to do with how powerful the person was. To totally replenish her chakra she would need to drink a person of equal power totally dry while still alive. If she were to drink the blood of a kage it would be proportional to the power they have. Again it would have to be taken from the body or very very very very freshly spilt. Not normally done in combat ever. But if one was to fight a team of people she could consume their blood after the fight to replenish for the next fight. But it is doubtful she could do anything during the midst of combat. 

- I have edited some of the techniques and changed some of the ranks. The only A rank will be the blood clones. The bloody mist technique I will make a B but she cannot simply form weapons out of anywhere. It would only be around her. But instead of having to create more blood or pull it from her own body she can use the blood in the air. 

- On her regeneration she cannot recover her regular organs with the exception of skin and vessels any faster than normal shinobi. Muscle tissue, tendons, skin, vessels and the heart she is able to recover quickly. A stab wound in the heart would probably kill you....no matter who you are. The heart she is able to regenerate and protect to a degree but if you impale someone the typically die. I didn't mean to make it sound like she could just "boop" new heart* or anything.
