Kino stared blankly for a few moments at all the commotion behind her. There was some ind of giant robot, and... so many new arrivals. So many things were happening. She wasn't intending for them to follow her, but if they had it only made sense. It seemed only a few of their number had even begun in the direction towards the strange cars and the scent of food... Kino was unsure of if they would follow. But that was their decision, of course. No-one else could make that for them. She wasn't God. All she could do is offer her help if she so chose, and it did not appear that the others needed or wanted it. At least, from what she could tell. Of course, it seemed the dark-haired schoolgirl had followed her. "... I don't mind if you follow," she replied, smiling slightly. "I was going to see what was going on with the silver train cars. It almost smells like there's some kind of food there." Naturally, Kino was not about to pass up a chance of getting food, especially if there was a chance of it being free. When the girl asked how she was keeping calm, she paused for a moment, a thoughtful expression crossing her face as she did. "Hmmm..." for a few moments she was silent. Indeed, she'd never expected half the things she had seen today could possibly exist. And deep down it did shock and surprise her. People who could fly? Strange horse creatures? Giant robots? Certainly she had no suspected to run across such things. But then... she never had expected to run across a flying machine, or any of the countries she had ever traveled to. "... It's not that I'm not surprised. But you find a lot of surprising things when you go on a journey." In truth, Kino was surprised that she wasn't reacting more. But inside, she almost felt as if this experience was so overwhelmingly strange that it had an effect almost like it wasn't strange at all. Of course, her thoughts were interrupted when she heard a loud thud from a piece of nearby cover. It was a distinct sound, a body hitting the ground. Kino turned, facing the wall. There was someone watching them.
