[@Derlerks123] Yet at the same time I wouldn't say what's happening is particularly difficult to maintain. For all but two post-size is relatively low and easy to read and figure out what's happening. So 'time' isn't really an excuse to put forward. Likewise, the role of being a GM isn't to enforce an ironclad authority on something but to bend as it needs to. If someone wants to join and they look to write to a point they can contribute positively to the effort: then there's no reason to let them in. And when push comes to shove the weight of 'moderating' what sort of content comes in and by whom can be expressed by the people involved. As things carry on and the world writes its lore then it'll be important to read and reflect on applications to make sure they fit into the described world as it's been built. There's been little of that: the OP doesn't even give a date for nuclear war, how long its been since then, nor who the belligerents are (hell arguably the population thing has been poorly enforced all-in-all). I see no reason to deny them space. They're both certainly people who know what they're doing and could contribute well to the RP's dynamic. Otherwise I hold suspicions the only reason they're being actively denied by this sudden introduction of a "lolsrryplayercap" is that Rebel at the least is afraid of player-player competition. If that's the sort of GM attitude I can expect to see, then I don't think my interest in this sort of RP is going to be very permanent.
