[@knighthawk] Why would there be less in the mist? It's pretty modern there after 200 years of progressing peace. I'm okay with there being violence but with all these international relationships, it is common sense that Kiri would want to be more in the norm with its international friends to avoid public outrage. It's more 'modern'. 

tbh there aren't 45 chuunin and 3 isn't that big either but it's a strangely recurring thing that for some reason the bastard brats are still running around like medieval times when things evidently progressed, whether it is how they engage in fucking and mentalities in general. It's fine in itself, it's just 'Strike three', ya know. Wait why would they want to kill the bastard kid of the Mizukage? Kage status isn't by nepotism unless earned and elected. He has no inheritance to the throne and poses 0 threat to it. 

Also the Mizukage you mention actually goes well with Yoru's Mizukage.
